REFUND POLICY

At LUVELI®, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product is defective or you received the wrong item, please notify our staff immediately at hello.luvelishop@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement.

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Purchases made through third-party retailers.

  • Incorrectly purchased products.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Non-damaged items that have been delivered correctly.

To request a return, please email us at hello.luvelishop@gmail.com. Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item to our global warehouse. Please note: the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns.


Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.

Requirements for a refund:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Refunds are only processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello.luvelishop@gmail.com.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, your order may already be processing/shipped, and in that case you will need to return the items once they arrive.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning a product. These costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
